The niece of one of the women who discovered the baby, identified as Irem Nur Yucel, told Bursa Hakimiyet: “A woman with a baby entered through the back gate and took a walk inside the park.

“She was a woman with purple hair.

“Our aunt found that baby. She brought the baby to our cafe.

“I saw the baby’s face was bloody, its eyes were closed. Then the police and ambulance came.

“They took the baby. The paramedics took him to the ambulance. The baby was alive and he was fine.”
