Baby boy dies in Adelaide road crash

A two-month-old boy has died following a road crash in the Adelaide Hills and a Victorian man has been charged with dangerous driving.

Police said a van and a station wagon collided at Cromer, just before 1pm on Saturday.

Two men in the van suffered minor injuries, while the occupants of the station wagon, a man, woman and two young children, were taken to hospital.

However, the condition of one child, a two-month-old boy, worsened and he died on Saturday night.

The station wagon driver, a 42-year-old Victorian man, was arrested and charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

He was bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on April 22.
