Aussie OnlyFans star suffers 'brain damage fall' in Bali

The DJ and model reportedly sought medical attention after she 'felt a bit off', a friend says.

An Australian DJ has reportedly suffered a brutal head injury after a “terrible fall down the stairs” while living in Bali.

Courtney Mills, an OnlyFans model from Melbourne, has been hospitalised with bleeding on the right side of her brain and “is in a difficult situation”, friend Lauren Fankhauser wrote on a fundraising page created on Monday.

Ms Fankhauser said Ms Mills’ tumble initially resulted in a concussion. “After seeking medical attention, they were told that everything was fine, but something still felt off,” she wrote on the GoFundMe.

“Desperate for answers, my friend went to a private hospital and discovered bleeding on the right side of their brain.”

Ms Mills doesn’t have insurance and medical bills have reportedly already exceeded $3000, with friends aiming to raise $5000 to help cover the costs.

“If you're familiar with the Australian music scene, you may know my friend as a talented DJ Courtney Mills who has brought joy and happiness to countless people,” Ms Fankhauser said. “I’m asking for your help to support them during this challenging time. Any donations you can spare will go towards covering their medical expenses and potentially saving their life.”

Ms Mills was required to stay in hospital overnight for monitoring and to undergo more scans, Ms Fankhauser said, adding that any support “would mean the world to my friend and their family”.

DJ involved in previous Bali accident

The DJ’s loved ones have previously created a GoFundMe to raise money for her medical bills following a separate horrific accident in Bali.

Ms Mills and her friend Matt Davis were “badly injured” in a motorbike crash, according to a fundraiser created in October, 2018. The pair were “lucky to escape with their lives,” friends said. Ms Mills was treated and released, but Mr Davis “wasn’t so fortunate” and was forced to undergo surgery for his injuries. Doctors also discovered air trapped in his skull.

“As many of you would know, biking accidents in Bali are not covered by travel insurance... and the costs incurred by Matt to date are huge,” the GoFundMe, which raised $35,000, read.
