Arson suspected in four Victorian fires

Four fires that started in less than half an hour of each other in regional Victoria are suspected to have been deliberately lit.

Two fires were lit by a road at Snake Valley in central western Victoria between 3.45pm and 4pm on Thursday, while two more started about 16km away on Chepstowe-Pittong Road at Chepstowe between 4pm and 4.10pm.

Police are searching for the driver of a silver or grey Ford Ranger that was seen in the area at the time and was last seen travelling along Lightwood Road onto Racecourse Road.
