Put the phone on the ground and step back far enough so it can take a full-body photo — first a front view, then a side view. The only other information needed from you is height, weight and body style. No measuring tape necessary!

In addition, if you want to adjust the fit after receiving you custom tee, Made for You now offers free replacements with further tailor measurements such as narrowing the shoulders, shortening or lengthening the sleeves or changing the overall fit.
