Everyone we know is investing in air fryers at the moment so we've developed serious FOMO. But who wants to spend over £100 on one? Not us, that's for sure.
Luckily, for one of its early Prime Day 2022 deals, Amazon has swooped in with a huge saving on this Tefal Easy Fry Precision Digital Health Air Fryer.
You can save a whopping 54% (aka just over £67) - it usually sells for £124.99 but for the next couple of days it's down to just £57.95.
Lots of satisfied users love the Tefal Easy Fry not just for the healthy, tasty food it produces, but also its efficacy. In fact, many pointed out that it costs far less to cook with it than to do the same meal in an electric oven. This makes it a cost-of-living-crisis win.
And it's available on Amazon Prime, so you won't need to wait too long to start cooking all your favourites.
Why we rate it
For starters, it's a really healthy way to cook because you don't need to drown things in oil. The Tefal Easy Fry uses 3D Air Pulse tech - aka hot air circulation - to cook seriously crispy, tasty fried food with little to no oil.
The large digital touch screen is simple to use, and it has a 4.2L capacity - this is suitable for up to six servings making it perfect for family meals or entertaining.
You can cook a huge amount of things in it, too - even sweet treats! The brand says that you can whip up everything from fries, cutlets, shrimp, cake, pizza, fish, grills, roast, potato wedges, chicken nuggets and succulent ribs.
The temperature is adjustable and ranges from 80°C-200°C. It also has a 60-minute mechanical timer with auto shut-off. There's also a loud bell to tell you when cooking time has ended, making it less likely that you'll have any 'incidents' of the burnt food type.
It's easy to clean, too - not only is it dishwasher safe, but you can remove the basket and grid for easy access, serving, and cleaning.
What the reviews say
With over 3600 ratings and 91% of shoppers giving the bargain Tefal air fryer four or five-star ratings, it has obviously proven to be a brilliant buy for thousands of people.
One thing quite a few picked up on is how energy-efficient it is, with someone noting it saved them a fortune on electricity - a crucial requirement in this time of spiralling costs.
Another said cooking fish fingers and chips in his electric oven cost him £2.48, but it cost only 29p to cook the exact same meal in the air fryer.
