Adam Thielen, CeeDee Lamb post dueling catch-of-the-year candidates in Minnesota

Wide receivers put on a show in Minneapolis on Sunday.

Dallas Cowboys rookie wide receiver CeeDee Lamb put up a catch-of-the-year candidate in the second quarter for a go-ahead touchdown.

It was another highlight for the rookie receiver who has been one of the few bright spots in Dallas this season with 595 yards and three scores heading into Sunday’s matchup.

Anything you can do ...

Minnesota Vikings receiver Adam Thielen looked to do him one better with his own touchdown grab in the third quarter. Kirk Cousins threw a fade route in the back right corner of the end zone. Thielen beat cornerback Anthony Brown, put his right hand up and hauled in a one-handed touchdown grab while falling out of bounds.

Just like they drew it up.

The dueling touchdowns are strong candidates for catch-of-the-day honors in the NFL.

DeAndre Hopkins might have something to say about the catch of the year.
