A man was allegedly found inside the resident's car when police arrived.

He was reportedly later identified as Troy Miller, 46, however he initially refused to reveal his true identity and tried to claim he was the award-winning actor, a police report stated.

According to WTAE the 46-year-old has been charged with loitering and prowling at night, false identification to law authorities and attempt theft of a car.
