WATCH: What happens when a man tries to play chicken with huntsman spider
A Bondi man was given a rude shock when he tried to get up close to a spider.
Leroy Horton filmed the moment he decided to play chicken with what appears to be a huntsman spider crawling along a wall and uploaded the video to Facebook.
"Alright, let's play a game," Mr Horton says.
"It's called: who's got bigger balls?"
He then turns the camera to face the spider and slowly creeps his hand towards it.
"Who's going to go first?" he asks.
The spider then suddenly leaps onto his hand sending Mr Horton recoiling in shock.

Mr Horton screams then laughs as the video ends.
The video has more than 4,000 views on Facebook with many amused by Mr Horton's attempt to get close.
One user said Mr Horton has "reflexes like a ninja".
Another called him a "mad man".
"I nearly just jumped off my chair," the user said.
