Jessica Falkholt to be farewelled at same church where sister and parents' funerals held

A funeral service for Home and Away actress Jessica Falkholt on Monday will be held at the same church her parents and younger sister were farewelled a week ago.

Falkholt died in hospital on Wednesday - six days after her life support was switched off following a horror Boxing Day car crash that claimed the lives of her parents Lars, 69 and Vivian, 60, and sister Annabelle, 21.

The 29-year-old will be farewelled at St Mary's Catholic Church at Concord at midday on Monday, a relative told the Daily Mail.

Her Home and Away co-stars are expected to attend the service, to pay their respects.

Following news of Falkholt's passing, her co-stars shared tributes to the up-and-coming star on social media.

James Stewart tweeted "R.I.P Jessica Falkholt. Such a beautiful and talented soul - taken so soon & so tragically. May you now rest in peace alongside Annabelle, Lars and Vivian. Sending my deepest sympathy to the extended Falkholt family & friends."

Jackson Heywood wrote, "Jess. You and your beautiful soul will be so deeply missed, but always remembered," he captioned. "Be with your family now. Goodbye you wonderful person. Love always, Jackson. May we send all support to her family and closest friends who are hurting the most. Thankyou."
