The next ALDI product set to drive shoppers wild

Frantic shoppers across the country will be keeping an eye out for a last minute bargain to stick under the Christmas tree before the festive celebrations begin.

And it appears Aldi Australia will once again be the scene of a shopping frenzy with the introduction of two discounted products set to sweep aside rival supermarkets.

The discount chain will sell two popular Dyson vacuum cleaners on December 16 with customers set to snap up the models that have been replaced by the manufacturer with newer, more expensive versions.

The DC 44 Animal and the DC29 Multifloor will go on sale at the price of $299 and $349 respectively, $50 cheaper than rival store Target.

“ALDI Australia is excited to be selling two popular Dyson models at an affordable price as part of our Special Buys, on sale Saturday 16th December," an Aldi spokesperson said.

"We anticipate the Dyson vacuums will sell quickly and recommend customers arrive early in store the day of the sale."

Eagle-eyed bargain hunters were quick to discover the cheap buys within the Aldi Christmas catalogue and shared their excitement online.

"ALDI is releasing Dyson vacuum cleaners for Christmas Lock it in your diary, folks. This is a sale you won’t want to miss!" one tweet read.

"I'm predicting riots next Saturday. #dyson #Aldi #specialbuys," another comment said.
