A US man has put his $US5million ($6.5 million) ranch on the market because he claims he and his wife are sick of regular paranormal phenomenon and abduction attempts.
John Edmonds is selling his 9.67-acre horse ranch in Rainbow Valley, in Arizona after he claims he and his wife Joyce have endured alien attacks on the estate since they moved in to the Stardust Ranch, in 1995.
The property owner claims he suffered numerous wounds after slaying 19 aliens with samurai swords, when the extra terrestrials trespassed in attempt to “abduct” him and his wife, Global News reported.
“They actually levitated her out of the bed in the master chamber and carried her into the parking lot and tried to draw her up into the craft,” he told NBC-affiliate KPNX.
Mr Edmonds’ Facebook page is filled with regular posts about paranormal phenomena at the “Alien Ranch”, with commentary from friends and followers.
“Almost immediately from the day we moved in, we began to have strange experiences,” he wrote.
”Wounds from recent attack here at Stardust Ranch upper right calf from battle with malevolent ET," he wrote on one photo caption.
“This is why I want to move!" he added on another image of a wound.
In the caption of a photo where a samurai sword lays in a pool of what appears to be dried blood, Mr Edmonds documented the aftermath of an alleged encounter on March 13.
The blood, he claims, belonged to one of the “greys” he says he killed on the farm.
“Unless you cut the head off and disconnect the antennae, so to speak, they instantly ‘phone home.’ Even with a razor-sharp sword, it is nearly impossible to decapitate them with one swing,” he advised.
Aside from the bonus of living on an alleged alien beacon, the property comes with a ranch house with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a swimming pool.
