The Halloween decoration so disturbing it's been banned from stores
A disturbing Halloween decoration called "the Scary Pepper Creeper" has been banned from stores after a surge of complaints.
The terrifying prop, modelled off of Peeping Tom, is designed to be placed outside a window and shows a man wearing a hood staring inside.
One electronic model is motion activated and even taps on the glass three times when a person walks past.
The decoration was banned in Canadian stores after complaints, but has now popped up for sale internationally online.
The prop is described as a "realistic prank that attaches to a window to scare trick or treaters."

Many were disturbed by the decoration, saying it was "messed up" on social media.
“I'm all for scary decorations but this one could be really damaging for some. Many people deal with stalking at some point in their lives and this could be very hurtful for them and bring back issues such as PTSD," one person wrote on Facebook, The Sun reported.
“I bet there were a lot of phone calls to waste police time because of a messed up on the head, freaky toy. What's wrong with people who thinks scaring the shit out others is funny," another said.
The original prop was taken out of shops in Canada in 2016, but had re-emerged.
