WATCH: Wild fight breaks out during screening of IT horror flick

A brawl broke out during a screening of the horror movie IT due to people “talking too loudly”.

The violence was caught on camera by a patron of the cinema at Vyborg, near St Petersburg in Russia, according to The Mirror.

A man in a leather jacket turns his back to the screen and holds up his fist before striking a man in a jumper.

Other theatregoers soon turn their attention away from the screen as the men continue to assault each other.

The pair trade several blows and a man in a red jumper intervenes, hitting the face of the man in the jacket.

The man in the jacket then launches out with a kick but stumbles over the chairs, as more people get involved.

He looks down at a finger, which appears dislocated before a man in a blue t-shirt confronts him and they begin to grapple in the aisle.

Some amused people in the rows behind talk amongst themselves as the seats empty out.

According to witnesses, the brawl started because of complaints about people talking loudly during the film.

One onlooker said the man in the leather jacket “was sitting calmly” and then “that [the fight] happened”.

Police are investigating but it’s not believed any arrests have been made.

"This is right, people who talk during the movies should definitely be punished,” one online user said.
