Aussie tourist's surprise reaction after catching Balinese thief
An Australian tourist in Bali has let an alleged thief keep the cash she stole on the provision she "never do it again."
The shocking moment was filmed by a local man and shows a crowd gathering to watch the tourist confront a young woman who had been pulled over on her scooter.
The start of the video shows a man rifling through the alleged thief's wallet and hands her identification over to the Australian woman for her to take a photo.
Another Australian women, who appears to be friends with the victim, then starts asking the alleged thief why she needs to steal money if she can afford a scooter.

She tells them the scooter was given to her by family.
The tourist then asks for the attention of the crowd and tells the woman she forgives her and appears to hand over the money she allegedly stole.
"I forgive you but do not do it again," she tells her repeatedly. "Let it be a lesson."
The alleged thief then hugs the woman and the tourist places her hand on her shoulder before she drives off on her scooter.
The crowd appears to be shocked and the man who filmed the incident uploaded the footage to Facebook on Saturday.
