Doctor jailed for 50 years over chilling 'Sleeping Beauty' fetish

A doctor with a "Sleeping Beauty" fetish has been jailed for drugging and raping female patients.

On Thursday, Binh 'Ben' Chung, 43, told a Las Vegas court he had sex with the patients in his car, his clinic and at their apartment and claimed they were "acting" to play along with his fantasy even though appeared unconscious.

But Chung was convicted of 11 of the 14 charges against him, including using a minor to create pornography, the Daily Mail reported.

Chung would videotape the sexual acts and prosecutors played one of the tapes for the court, showing the doctor repositioning the unconscious woman.

He told the court the woman was a good actor and denied she was asleep.

One of the victims read a statement to the court on Thursday, calling Chung a "monster."

"I never could have imagined he was a monster," she said. 'I could not believe someone would do something so harmful."

Prosecutors said the former doctor used Ketamine to drug the female patients.

Chung, who has been in custody since 2015, was sentenced to 50 years.
