WATCH: 'Brainless' parents let toddler drive on busy motorway
Incredible footage has emerged of a toddler behind the wheel of a car as it drove along a busy motorway in northern Kazakhstan.
The child was filmed by another driver and appears to be gripping the steering wheel of a white Toyota Camry.
Arsen Shakuov, who posted the video, said: "It is outrageous how his parents or whoever put the child on their lap do not care about the baby."
He went on: "We thought that (the driver was) drunk, but it turned out at the wheel was a child, only a child."
When the clip was posted online it attracted angry comments.
"I hope they will strip this person of their driving licence forever", one person wrote.
Another added: "The child’s parents are simply brainless. It is a shame."
Police are reportedly looking into the incident.
