Video has emerged purporting to capture the moment of an explosion that led to multiple fatalities at a pop concert in Manchester in the UK this morning.

The footage shows a car in a car park in what appears to be England with its dash cam running.

Seconds into the clip a loud explosion can be heard in the background before a man can be heard saying “oh no”.

Seven News Online has not been able to verify the clip, while many on social media have pointed out the camera’s timestamp appears to show it was recorded an hour before the blast at the Manchester Arena.

Police have confirmed multiple fatalities after loud bangs were heard at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester.

Images reveal panicked scenes as thousands of fans fled the arena.

A statement from Grande’s management has confirmed the singer is unhurt.

Early reports suggested the explosion could have been the results of gas filled balloons used as part of the show popping and causing panic.
