Snap, crackle and gone: Two crocodiles stolen from Sydney zoo
There are grave concerns for the safety of two crocodiles stolen from a mobile zoo in Sydney’s southwest.
Police are appealing for public assistances after “Snap” and “Crackle” were taken from their enclosure, with no visible signs of forced entry.
Officers were called to a mobile zoo on George Crescent, Sandy Point, about 5.30pm Friday after staff discovered the crocodiles missing.
The crocodiles are described as being approximately 80-100 centimetres long, but their age is unknown.
Police believe their lives are now at risk after being taken out of their natural environment.
