Man dead after alleged brick attack in WA

A man has died after allegedly being hit in the head with a brick at a Perth home last night.

Paramedics were called to the Allamanda Way, Forrestfield property at about 8pm and the man was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital but died from his injuries.

Neighbours claim several people were socialising at the property yesterday evening.

Major crime detectives are investigating but have not revealed whether anyone is being questioned over the attack.

In a separate incident, four people are being questioned by police after a man was found dead in a suburban Perth driveway yesterday.

Perth Now reports that friends found the man Saturday morning outside his Fitzgerald Road home in Morley.

The deceased is believed to be aged in his 30s.

There have been reports that he had been fighting with a friend earlier that night.

Both friends and paramedics on scene tried desperately to revive the man, however he died.

According to Perth Now, WA Police said they are investigating a suspicious death and four people are assisting them with their inquiries.

A nearby neighbor said he heard screaming and fighting coming from the house at around midnight, Perth Now reports.

The neighbor also said he saw a number of people trying to resuscitate the man.
