The court heard on Thursday that Harriet Wran had never met Mr McNulty and had gone to the apartment to get drugs with the two men.

Michael Lee, 36, was sentenced to 13.5 years for Mr McNulty’s murder and friend Lloyd Edward Haines, 31, was sentenced to 11 in the NSW Supreme Court.

Both pleaded guilty to the stabbing murder of the drug dealer.

The sentencing comes two weeks after co-accused Wran, 28, walked from prison after pleading guilty to being an accessory after the fact to murder, robbery in company and harbouring former boyfriend Lee.

Wran, a former ice addict, says she intends to spend time recovering from her addiction.
