Two homes have been gutted by fire in Brisbane’s inner west this morning.
Fire crews were called to a living room fire in a house on Warmington St, Paddington, about 5.30am on Father’s Day.
The blaze spread to a neighbouring home.
Crews have battled this morning to contain both fires.
The street has been closed.
All occupants have been accounted for.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said paramedics treated one man for minor burns and smoke inhalation.
Six paramedic crews were on standby in the area.
Queensland Police said Latrobe Tce had been blocked on Sunday morning as a result.
The public were advised to avoid the area.
