Suspicious 'device' found in Queensland park deemed harmless

A suspicious device which was found at a park in Camira on Friday morning in southeast Queensland has been deemed harmless.

Specialist officers and a robot were brought in to inspect the device which was uncovered on Moss Road at Bennett Park earlier on Friday.

An emergency situation was declared but was revoked at about 12.45pm.
