Vodafone’s 4G network is now better than ever and national broadcasters jumped on-board Team Vodafone.

During July, Channel Seven and Prime delivered live weather and on location weather reports and weeknight sports updates using the Vodafone network. This includes Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and regional NSW, VIC and QLD.

With its 4G network covering more than 22 million Australians, Vodafone is a real alternative for consumers, having invested significant resources in recent years resulting in the network improving by 40 percent last year, according to the 2015 P3 CommsDay Mobile Benchmark Report1. Their 4G coverage is available in all major metro locations and selected regional areas across Australia.

It doesn’t stop there. Plans are already in the works to construct 102 brand new mobile towers in regional Australia by the end of 2017, 70 of these are part of the Australian Government’s Mobile Black Spot Programme which will extend mobile coverage and choice in regional areas.

The company is also continuing to invest in, and enhance, the network with new features. It plans to keep Australia at the forefront of mobile technology and give Australians better choice.

And with Vodafone’s customer-focused 30-Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee, if customers don’t love the network in 30 days, they can leave, with no restrictions or penalties. View the T&Cs at vodafone.com.au/network2.

Living up to its reputation for mobile innovation and thanks to Vodafone’s impressive and constantly improving 4G network, it looks like being a win-win for both Australian consumer and mobile carrier.
