Queensland horror crash on Pacific Motorway leaves all southbound lanes closed

A truck and car have collided on the Pacific Motorway near exit 82 at Robina on the Gold Coast.

Currently all southbound lanes closed on the busy motorway, with traffic continuing to build.

Queensland Police have advised that they and other emergency services are on scene of a "serious traffic crash" involving multiple vehicles.

They have also stated that the motorway will be "impacted for some time".

Authorities have advised motorists to expect major traffic delays and to seek an alternative route.

Two male patients are currently in a stable condition and have been transported to Gold Coast University Hospital following the crash.
