Building reduced to rubble after suspicious blaze tears through industrial area
An industrial building has been completely gutted in a massive blaze in Sydney's west overnight, which police believe to be suspicious.
Emergency services were alerted to the blaze by a loud explosion shortly before 10pm at the St Mary's property.
No one was in the building at the time of the blaze as fifty firefighters battled the flames.
The fire has been extinguished but several businesses have been damaged.
Forensic investigators will assess the scene later this morning.
