Ninja kangaroo sent flinging off trampoline
In a cruel twist of irony, a hapless kangaroo was caught on camera looking like a chump after gaining too much spring for comfort.
The hilarious video was captured by Emma Heffernan from Ninderry, Queensland, who saw the marsupial jumping on her son's trampoline.
The mother-of-two startled the roo when he spotted her trying to take a photo which caused the marsupial to attempt a speedy escape.
But the roo underestimated its spring power.
The marsupial performed an embarrassing somersault and managed to bounce back from the awkward slip, flipping from its back and rebounding onto its feet before casually hopping away.
Ms Heffernan posted the video to YouTube saying: "This is what greeted me as I went downstairs this morning. Mad skills! Oh my goodness, you have to watch this!"
Thankfully the kangaroo hopped away safely, leaving its pride behind.
