Infamous Aussie party boy Corey Worthington gets married

Australia's infamous party boy Corey Worthington is officially all grown up and has tied the knot with girlfriend Mel Borg.

Worthington is known best for his out-of-control house party in 2008 which turned him into a national identity overnight.

The 24-year-old married Borg, 28, during a humble family-only wedding in Bali.

"Mel looked so beautiful, she was gorgeous," Worthington told a magazine.

Worthington, who appeared as a guest on Big Brother in 2008, ditched his iconic cap, fur-lined hoodie and yellow sunnies for cream chinos, a white shirt and bow tie.

Worthington used social media in 2008 to invite people to a party at his Melbourne home when he was 16.

"Parents away, tell yr m8s, u don wanna miss it, its gonna B huge (sic),’’ he wrote on his MySpace and MSN accounts.

Worthington is now covered in tattoos and is almost unrecognisable from the pictures at the beginning of his fame.

Earlier this year a teenager called Nick Stokes from the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne began bragging that he was making more than $1200 a night from underage house parties and that he was an even bigger party boy than Worthington.

In March Yahoo7 reported that the 17-year-old’s parties were attracting around 300 teenagers and were held in empty houses.

The teenagers were promoting the parties online, inviting teenagers as young as 14 and from as far away as Lakes Entrance.

With each person paying a $15 entry fee, Nick claimed he can bring in around $4500 a night.

Nick said he had been compared to Worthington whose party was attended by 500 people.

“I don’t want to be associated with him — he’s not on my level,” he told The Herald Sun.

“I’m much bigger than him. I’m the best at what I do,” he added.
