Wheelchair-bound man murdered his father and ate his flesh: lawyer

The lawyer of an incestuous Argentine man has revealed details of how the accused and his sister turned lover murdered and ate their parents.

MailOnline has reported details of the court case and an interview with lawyer Monica Chirivin, which may disturb some readers.

Leandro Acosta, 25, and his step-sister Karen Klein, 22, who have been together for some six years, admitted to the double homicide and then committing acts of obscene violation on the corpses as revenge.

Ms Chirivin told MailOnline the gruesome story as apparently recited by Mr Acosta, who confessed from inside in a psychiatric unit.

Mr Acosta claims he planned the murders after his parents, 54-year-old Ricardo Klein and 52-year-old Miryam Kowalczuk inflicted years of sickening sexual child abuse on their dependents, including 11-year-old twins, based in Pilar, Buenos Aires.

The man allegedly shot Mr Klein in the head while he was sleeping and violated his body before Ms Kowalczuk walked into the room and was also shot dead.

Mr Acosta then allegedly cooked his father and ate his remains, which he claimed “tasted like pork”.

Ms Klein, in an official testament, claimed she only helped her sibling and lover with the “clean-up”, which is understood to have included a bonfire and bags containing human remains.

Mr Acosta is wheelchair bound because of an intestinal disorder and reportedly physically weak.

Ms Chirivin has accused case prosecutor Eduardo Viaini, who has not allowed a psychiatrist to interview Mr Acosta, of delaying the case.
