How smoking is damaging your skin

There’s no doubt that smoking is doing damage to your insides, but for regular smokers, that can be easy to ignore.

Sometimes, it just takes a bit of vanity to really highlight the dangers of cigarettes. Besides damaging your organs, the chemicals in cigarettes emit chemicals on your skin, causing it to age prematurely.

According to the World Health Organisation, one billion people smoke globally and apart from increasing your cancer, stroke and heart attack risk, it can also accelerate the process of getting wrinkles, sagging skin and a higher risk of dental disease.
