Python and cobra battle to the death
It’s the stuff of nightmares ... only this time it’s completely real.
Onlookers captured the moment a python and a king cobra went head to head in a battle for survival on the side of a road in Singapore.
Hair-raising video of the incident shows the slippery pair weaving along the kerb as cars pass by,
The python can be seen tightening its grip around the head of the cobra, which continues to writher around on the ground.
Eventually the cobra manages to break free from the scaly suffocating grip of the python and slithers away into the bushes nearby.
