Woman is not impressed with McDonald's marriage proposal
An unsuspecting woman was left lost for words after her boyfriend decided to propose to her at a McDonald's Drive-thru.
Joseph Ann has uploaded a cringe worthy video claiming to show his attempt to propose to his girlfriend.
As Joseph ordered a specific meal the woman, who did not know she was being filmed, waited patiently.
It was when the man asked her to check that McDonald's staff got his order correct, that the confused woman discovered the ring.
Shocked and devastated by the proposal style, the woman begins by laughing, but then is lost for words.
'This is not what you do... This is a joke' she exclaimed.
It appears she is almost reduced to somewhere between tears and laughter.
Confused, Joseph explains'I thought it was a surprise' and goes on to tell her he set the whole thing up and had even spoken with her father.
Writing on YouTube he said; 'I met my girlfriend 2 years ago in LA. I've never been good at planning in advance which is why we wound up ending our first date at this exact McDonald's.'
'She joked for months about how 10 years down the road I would probably propose to her in a chicken nugget box so I thought she would love when I surprised her this way.'
'She didn't love it like the way I thought she would. We agreed to wait longer until it's time to get engaged.'
This is just the latest addition to a growing number of ridiculous marriage proposals caught on camera.
