Man carves name in girlfriend’s chest

A US man who has been arrested on numerous charges to do with domestic battery and kidnapping, allegedly carved his name into his girlfriend’s chest with a razor blade.

According to police, Sergio Joaquin Mendoza, 39, from Santa Ana, demanded his girlfriend let him carve his first name on to her chest if she was going to leave the house last weekend.

The pair had been renting a room from Mendoza's grandmother and it is understood relatives told the couple to leave after the chest carving incident.


The woman, despite being cut with the razor, was allegedly driven around to different parking lots over a two day period. Mendoza continued assaulting her during this time and head-butted her when she tried to leave the vehicle , the Daily Mail reported.

She was finally able to run away from the car on Monday March 23rd.

Mendoza is being held on $100,000 bail and faces a minimum of 11 years in prison.
