Believers flock to see 'Jesus Christ' in hillside
Hundreds of people in Colombia are flocking to a hillside to catch a glimpse of ‘Jesus Christ.’
The San Francisco hillside started attracting the faithful after reports that the face of Jesus Christ had appeared after a landslide, Discovery News reported.
“If you believe in Jesus, you will see your image,” Ximena Rosero Arango told local media.
Local landowners have begun charging visitors 2000 pesos (about AUD$1) to see the muddy imprint.
This is not the only time ‘Jesus’ has appeared to people in odd places. People have reported seeing his image on a grilled cheese sandwich, a fish stick, a tree stump, a frying pan, an apple and a tortilla.
Local police are at the site to keep the peace among the crowds.
