Brumbies name unchanged side to face Western Force in Super Rugby clash

Brumbies coach Steve Larkham has named an unchanged side to play the Western Force at Canberra Stadium on Friday night.

Larkham had considered rotating players because of the six-day turnaround from his side's tight win over the Rebels, but has opted to keep the same lineup which defeated the Melbourne franchise.

The coach said he opted to go for stability despite the quick turn-around.

"It's always good to put the same team out on the paddock two weeks in a row," he said.

"It gives the guys confidence and strengthens combinations."

Skipper Stephen Moore says it is a vital game as the side seeks back-to-back victories against a tough Force outfit.

"That's the way they play, they really hang in there, they're a gutsy side I think they'll be even more so tomorrow, given they had a heavy loss at home," Moore said.

"It's an important game for us, particularly coming off a win, we want to really back up our good performances week on week.

"If we can do that, that's when you stay up at the top end of the competition."
