Prostitute accused of killing Gregory Hudson granted bail

The prostitute accused over the death of Gregory John Hudson has been granted bail as the cause of death remains a mystery, a court heard.

Hudson, 57, died in suspicious circumstances in his Varsity Lakes home in Queensland. He was found dead and tied naked to a chair.

Milan Walker applied for bail at the Southport Magistrates Court.

Walker is, along with two other people, charged with murder, enter dwelling with intent and robbery in company. The prosecution case against them relies on text messages sent on the day of Hudson's murder.

Walker's solicitor said the messages were vague and that Walker had fled the scene after the other two entered the home.

She has been granted bail on conditions including a $50,000 surety and reporting daily to police.
