Lisa Harnum's fiancé is facing a committal hearing, accused of murdering the ballerina by pushing her off a balcony.

Home video shows the moment Simon Gittany proposed to his girlfriend; they look like a couple blissfully in love.

But less than two months later, Lisa Cecilia Harnum was dead, after plunging from the couple's luxury apartment overlooking Hyde Park.

Her fiancé Simon was accused of pushing her off.

A year after being charged with murder, he posted a series of home videos on YouTube, including one showing his proposal.

Today Gittany's committal hearing was told a woman's screams were heard coming from their apartment the morning Ms Harnum died.

A neighbour said they heard yelling, and a female voice screaming out "God help me, help me!”

Prosecutors showed the court CCTV from inside Simon Gittany's appartment, which they say shows him dragging Ms Harnum back into the unit with one hand over her mouth.

Just over a minute later, he's seen rushing out the door, after she had plunged to her death.

The Magistrate was told the case depends largely on the evidence of one witness, who reported seeing something that looked like luggage being thrown from the building.

That witness is due to give evidence tomorrow.
