One dead in Victor Harbor Rd crash
A man has died and a woman is fighting for life after a serious crash on Victor Harbor Rd, south of Adelaide.
The crash involved a truck, a car and a ute, and occurred about 5km north of Mt Compass on the notorious stretch of road.
The ute collided with the meat truck early this afternoon, with a small Ford getting caught in the carnage.
The driver of the ute died at the scene, while the Ford driver is in a critical condition in hospital.
The truck driver was taken to Flinders Medical Centre for checks, while there were no passengers in any of the vehicles.
Major Crash Investigators are looking into the crash and are expected to be at the scene until late on Monday evening.
