Susan Lucci knows a good red carpet opportunity when she sees one. So, it’s hardly shocking that the living legend turned up at a recent event in a look that made everyone's jaws literally hit the floor.
The 76 year old appeared at the Noel Shoe Museum in a stunning, hot pink, feathered mini dress that she paired with incredibly toned legs, jacked arms and sparkly shoes. Susan showed off her look in two separate Instagram posts, because why not?
People low-key freaked in the comments. “Can you get any more gorgeous 😍 💗,” one person wrote, while Andy Cohen weighed in with “looking beautiful as ever.”
The Emmy Award-winning actress previously told Women’ Health that she works out six days a week. “I try to take one day off, because you're supposed to take a day off,” she shared. “But I’ll always do something, because I find my body craves it.”
Susan tries to exercise first thing in the morning “because then I know, no matter what happens for the rest of the day, I’ve done something good for myself,” she shared.
Susan said she does most of her workouts on a Pilates Pro Chair, an exercise tool that she’s the spokesperson for. This chair helps you target your abs, thighs and butt with Pilates moves — and Susan says she does 10 moves a day on her chair for 30 to 100 reps each.
Naturally, Susan eats well, too. She told Harper’s Bazaar that she looks at breakfast as “fuel,” and prefers to have Greek yogurt with organic pumpkin seeds and lingonberries. Lunch might be a sandwich with bread swapped out for beefsteak tomatoes. In between, she’ll layer slices of roasted turkey, avocado, salt and pepper, champagne vinegar, olive oil and fresh mango.
You are stunning, Susan!
