A small apartment in an affluent suburb has raised a few eyebrows due to a key feature in the bedroom.
The apartment, advertised as a one-bedroom flat for almost $3000 a month, is in the London suburb of Camden.
“This is a stunning studio flat boasting high-specification fixtures and fittings, high ceilings and newly refurbished interiors that are of the highest standard,” the listing from real estate agent Foxtons reads.
“Situated moments from the amenities of Camden Road and Camden High Street, Georgiana Street is close to the trendy markets and boutiques of the local area, while the green open space of Regent's Park is nearby. The nearest station is Camden Road.”
The studio also features “designer marble worktops and bathroom basin” and offers “plenty of light” due to the “imposingly” high ceilings.
However, the most notable feature appears to be in the bedroom with the toilet right next to the bed in the “sleeping area”.
Luckily, there’s also a sink to wash your hands right next to the toilet.
On Twitter, people found the layout “vile”.
“I don't care where it Is, No one should be sleeping in a bathroom,” one woman tweeted.
Another tweeted the apartment has “everything you” need but it’s “a bit awkward having a morning dump if you’ve got company”.
Another jokingly called it an “ensuite”.
Unfortunately if you’re looking to rent the property the listing is no longer available.
