The $110 million the government owes you — and how to get your hands on it
There is $110,000,000 worth of unclaimed money sitting in Australian Government coffers and some of it could be yours!
The Federal Government estimates that 670,000 Australians are owed unclaimed Medicare rebate payments because they have not provided or updated their bank account details.
Human Services Minister Michael Keenan is encouraging all Aussies to update their details so they can offload the cash, saying “the money is better in your account than in ours”!
