102-year-old charged with aggravated indecent assault at aged care facility
A 102-year-old man has been charged over an alleged indecent assault at an aged care facility in Sydney’s east.
Police allege a resident indecently assaulted a 94-year-old woman, who was also living at the facility on Carrington Road in Waverley, about 12.30pm on Tuesday.
Police were called to the facility and arrested the 102-year-old man and charged him with aggravated indecent assault.
He was granted bail and will appear at Waverley Local Court on November 20.
