Man arrested for 'attempting sex with a drinks trolley'

A 25-year-old Scottish man arrested for attempting to have sex with a drinks trolley has been ordered to undertake community service.

Andrew Davidson's embarrassing tryst occurred on a ScotRail train travelling between Aberdeen and Glasgow.

A court heard Davidson was under the influence of alcohol and a legal high when he placed his hands on a female train employee and attempted to kiss another member of staff.

He was then seen humping a drinks trolley while shouting “I want to kiss you, I want to f**k you,” The UK's Metro reports.

Davidson had also been heard shouting various other sexual obscenities during the incident.

If all that wasn't bad enough, fiscal dispute Jim Eodanable said Davidson also fell face-forward, rubbed his chest against the floor, stuck his tongue out and started describing what he wanted to do to his boyfriend.

The ScotRail worker Davidson grabbed was reportedly so distressed by the ordeal she disembarked from the train at the next stop.

In an initial hearing in November, Davidson admitted causing fear and alarm as well as behaving in a threatening manner.

During his second court appearance he was removed from the sex offender's registry and ordered to undertake one hundred hours of unpaid community service.

"He has no recollection of what happened on the train at all but accepts he behaved in this manner," Davidson’s solicitor, Grant Bruce, said.

"He was completely intoxicated by alcohol and a legal high. He has now curtailed his social life to a great degree because of this incident."

"It is something that has never happened before and is unlikely to ever happen again," he continued.
