A successful millionaire CEO has taken restaurant rage to a new level, allegedly breaking a waiter's finger after being given bad service at an exclusive eatery.

The chairman and CEO of Castle Harlan, John Castle, reportedly became agitated after server Paul Kucik tried to hand him the bill, ABC News reported.

Castle became so irate that he twisted the finger of Club-Colette waiter Kucik, and the waiter began to feel "excruciating pain" soon after.

Scans the next day showed that the finger was broken.

Kucik said in a statement to police that he was simply following instructions from Castle's wife before the businessman flew into a rage.

According to the police report, “Kucik stated that when he returned to the Castles’ dinner table, Mrs. Castle instructed him to give the bill to her husband, John Castle who was seated across the dinner table from her.

“Kucik stated that he attempted to hand Mr Castle the bill and Mr Castle became irate with him and yelled, ‘You schmuck, why did you bring the bill to the table?’”

According to the Daily Mail, patrons at Club Colette can charge bills to their accounts without having the bill brought to their table, and the only time a bill should be provided is upon request by the host.
