Murder charge in missing woman case

Yahoo!7 Updated January 28, 2013, 2:37 pm

A man has been charged with the murder of a 35-year-old Noble Park woman who vanished at Phillip Island more than six weeks ago.

Robyn Hall, a mother of three, was last seen alive sitting outside a holiday home at Lantana Road, Cape Woolamai, on Phillip Island on December 19.

Her phone and bank account have not been used since.

Paul Dalton, 43, appeared before a bail justice at Melbourne Custody Centre, charged with one count of murder.

He was remanded in custody to appear before Melbourne Magistrates Court tomorrow.

Ms Hall's body has not been found, Victoria Police said in a statement.

Detectives would still like to speak to anyone who may have seen a white van in the Cape Woolamai area last month.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
