Today Tonight has always been a voice for people who don't know where else to go. Now we're offering an extra incentive for viewers to come forward and help expose wrong doers in the community.
Those who have ripped off others or cheated the welfare system, builders who have failed to complete work or have done a substandard job, businesses which do the wrong thing.
Terms and Conditions1. Please read through the information below carefully before submitting information to the Fightback Campaign.
2. The "Nominator" is the person who provides information to Seven as part of the Fightback Campaign according to the process outlined below.
3. Permanent Australian residents can participate in the Fightback Campaign. Employees, their immediate families and agents of Seven and its competitors are ineligible.
4. The Fightback Campaign will run for the period determined by Today Tonight in its sole discretion and may be suspended or discontinued at any time. ("Campaign Period"). Information received outside the Campaign Period will not be considered.
5. To participate, the Nominator must complete and submit an online entry form at [website] during the Campaign Period, including their contact details, the issue or person they are nominating and a description. For safety reasons, it is a condition of providing this information to Today Tonight and participating in the Fightback Campaign that you must not attempt to confront the person you are nominating or enter their property yourself at any time.
6. Nominators warrant that the information they provide to Seven is true and accurate. Seven may request verification of identity, address and other details of Nominators and other information relevant to the Fightback Campaign.
7. Each Nominator who provides information which Today Tonight contacts you about and which subsequently leads to a report being broadcast by Seven in relation to the Fightback Campaign during the Campaign Period will be awarded $1,000, payable within 30 days of the broadcast.
8. All decisions in relation to any aspect of the Fightback Campaign are at Seven's sole discretion and will be final and binding on the Nominator and no correspondence will be entered into. In particular, the decision as to whether or not any information provided by a Nominator is used, pursued or broadcast is a matter for Seven acting in its sole discretion. The Nominator agrees that they will have no right to access, edit or restrain the broadcast of any information provided to the Fightback Campaign.
9. If for any reason the Fightback Campaign is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including due to computer virus, fraud, technical failure, misleading information or any other causes beyond the control of Seven, Seven reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Nominator and/or to suspend or cancel the Fightback Campaign.
