The Flat Belly diet is designed for the often neglected 40-plus age group. There is no lemon detoxing required, rather it includes foods like chocolate, cheese, pizza and not a single sit up.
Created by Prevention Magazine staff in America, the four-week eating plan has three basic rules:1. Eat 1600 kilojoules per meal.
2. Never go more than four hours without eating.
3. Eat a monounsaturated fatty acid at every meal.More stories from Today Tonight
