Chontell has a crystal ball, and knows what her future holds. Sadly the picture isn't a rosy one, and her death - which isn't that far off according to statistics - will be caused by Alzheimer's.
"I'm 33 now. I know mum's age of onset was about 36. I know I have about three years I guess to make the most of every minute," Chontell said.
