The results are in from a 12-month investigation and if you have concerns about over-charging, bad service or drop-outs, you have good reason to.

A record 210,000 complaints against Telcos last year inspired the Australian Communications and Media Authority investigate further.

They found that the complaints handling capacity and performance of Telco providers is inadequate.

Doctor leaves two for dead

In a cowardly and callous act, a doctor has left two young people for dead after slamming into their car and driving off in a hit and run incident.
