One example caught on camera shows a young man driving with his hands behind his head, and steering with his knees.
The driver weaves in and out of traffic at 90 to 100 kilometres and hour.
"What brought it to my attention was that he came flying up behind me, and he was just lounging back," Dean, who captured the footage, said.

"He only has to make the slightest mistake and then all of a sudden it could be us who don't go home to our kids, or it could be him that's not going home to his family."
Just as the P-plater who was recently photographed driving with his feet out the window, the driver is being interviewed by police, who say he will be charged.
The New Year's message is that even if the police don't see you, chances are someone else will, and these days everyone has a camera handy.
